Designed to specifically support black teachers in their second to fifth year of teaching who are interested in developing their leadership skills and knowledge. The NUT uses the term ‘Black’ in a political context to encompass all members who self-identify as Black or Asian and all other minority ethnic groups who do not identify themselves as White. This two-day seminar will enable you to develop skills in planning your route map to leadership, your leadership skills and your awareness of career development options.
